Peer Coaching

The overall goal of the Peer Coaching program is to increase the capacity within the Central Washington region for teachers to use educational technology in the classroom effectively.

The ETSC @ ESD 105 has been training and supporting peer coaches since 2003 and more than 222 have been trained and 134 teachers are currently actively involved in the program.

Peer Coaching is one of the most important and effective programs we have ever implemented.

The Peer Coaching program has recently been licensed by Microsoft as part of their "Partners In Learning" program, the international effort to support education. ESD 105's Forrest Fisher is the lone trainer authorized to train other facilitators in Washington State.
